SF vessels are always available to be fired at by anyone with the guts to click "wardec" - GS vessels hide in cyno-jammed systems 99% of the time while flying in fleets of stronger entities for the remaining 1%. GS is based on a community of people that only know each other because they have all been conned into paying 10 dollars for access to a discussion forum! oh man I'm lol'ing so hard at this
